Monday - Field Trip to Yacht and Beach Club
Tuesday - Free day with Chef Jim. This was a fun day because we got to experiment with different recipes under professional supervision. He's so awesome because he loves what he does and he loves teaching us everything and anything he knows. :o) Sometimes, he's soooo into it, he doesn't even know what's going on with US *laughs*

Wednesday - Slide show presentation on Cost Efficiency....
LOOK HOW MUCH FUN IT WAS!!! *lmao*
Thursday - Partnered up with the other class and made different convenience items (already made or made from pre-made mix) and items from scratch.
TAH DAH!!! PREEEE-SENTING our super sized smorgasbord!!!!
